We are not affiliated with, authorized by, sponsored by, or directly associated with any television manufacturers or consumer brand conglomerates, including but not limited to: Samsung, LG Electronics, Sony Corporation, Panasonic, Toshiba, Xiaomi (Mi), OnePlus, TCL, or Realme.

2. Fair Use Trademark Notice

3. Diagnostic and Repair Policy

We are committed to absolute billing transparency. Our operational policies are governed by the following guidelines:

• Diagnostics: When our technician performs an inspection, a detailed quote is provided. If you choose to approve the repair, the diagnostic assessment fee is entirely waived. If you choose not to proceed with the repair after an in-home inspection, a minor local diagnostic/travel fee may be applicable to cover technician transit costs.
• Genuine Replacement Parts: AuraPoint utilizes high-grade, original equipment manufacturer (OEM) matching specifications or original refurbished components to execute board-level repairs, backlight replacements, and screen corrections.
• Repaired Parts Warranty: All completed repairs are backed by a structural warranty of 30 to 90 days (subject to the specific component replaced, such as backlight arrays or T-CON mainboards). Warranty terms do not cover physical impacts, moisture entry, or subsequent electrical surges.

4. Service Disclaimers

Please note that having your television repaired by an independent service provider like AuraPoint may void your manufacturer's original warranty, if still active. We strongly recommend checking your device warranty status before engaging our services. AuraPoint shall not be liable for any structural warranty voids resulting from repairs requested by the customer.
